Orders will be shipped within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders ship within a week of purchase. If you need your order by a certain date, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All US orders over $50 ship free.
Local Pickup:
If you want to pick up your order locally in Craftsbury, Vermont, please send me an email and we can arrange pickup.
Order Status:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow one business day for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your US order within 10 days, or your international order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
